I am new here so I am curious how fanatic some people are here for Apple products. I currently have a blue & white G3 tower, a pismo (firewire), iMac G3 700 mhz SE, and my main computer a iMac 20" 2.4 ghz mid-2007 running 10.6.3 snow leopard.

The blue & white G3 tower is used for as a type of itunes server, the 500 mhz pismo is a laptop given to me by a friend and is used for just to kill time when away, the iMac G3 was my second mac and I just can not seem to part with it, and finally my main machine, the 20" iMac does everything from photo and video editing to play music to my Apple express in the living room. For some strange reason I tend towards G3 models maybe I hate to see machines with a few good years in them go to the dump.

Must be new if you're asking why. JK.

Anyway, mostly, because they just work and when they don't, I have this great community to help troubleshoot and fix.

My sig isn't totally up to date but it will give you a good idea of my complement.

Well, I have a MacBook and an iPod because they're awesome :)

No, seriously. I have Apple products because they work well, have some amazing features. They also look great too.

I hope that gave you some answers.

It's funny Mac Mini isn't listed but Apple TV is.
I have both but was curious why the Mini was omitted?

MacBook Air wasn't there either. Am I the only person who bought one?

I like the synchronicity of my Mac products. They all play so well together. For example, we just upgraded from the generic router from our ISP to a Airport Extreme/Express, and what a difference. No slow Internet, constant rebooting. We now have a super fast home LAN, it's great.

No, take a look at the MB Air section on the Macrumors forums; there's a few there still holding out for a refresh :D

Hehe well I guess there are at least a few of us then ;)

It really is an awesome machine, but really, in hindsight, it was just practice for the iPad...my iPad is more powerful than my MBAir
