I'm having the following problem and was wondering if anyone else has encountered this and if so what is the fix.
Whether I am watching YouTube or Netflix videos the iPad will start playing a fed seconds and then stop. I check my wifi signal and i have all solid bars. In YouTube i have to wait several minutes before I can hit play again so that it can stream another few seconds. Netflix is a bit kinder it'll play a few more minutes of the video before I have to hit pause and wait. Any ideas??

Can you try YouTube/Netflix from a Mac on the same WiFi network? That would help determine if this is an iPad issue or a network issue.
Sorry - I should have mentioned that it is clearly an iPad problem. Works fine on my MacBook. I even carried my iPad to be right next to the wireless router and same problem. I tried to reset network settings and also did a hard reboot of iPad.

I noticed the same stop/start slow Internet with Netflix and Youtube on my Wi-Fi iPad as well. Here I was thinking I had an defective iPad.

Is it a WiFi only iPad or does it have 3G, too?
I have run into some connections issues where it thinks it's connected to a WiFi network but really isn't.
If you have both, try it with just the 3G or just the WiFi.
Also, check your Network to assure you are connected to the right WiFi network. I have had issues with not being connected to my own network.
Yet another idea is to 'Forget' your network and reconnect.
