  1. It doesn't matter what machine I hook it up to, it'll reboot and show the disconnect icon. I brought it to my local Apple store, and they confirmed that there is nothing I can do. I would have to send it in and pay $250 to get it replaced. I would rather get a new iPod instead of a refurbished one. -Jim
  2. My 10GB iPod has all of the sudden decided that it doesn't want to do anything when it is plugged in. It doesn't matter if it's plugged into power or the computer, the iPod will show the apple screen, flash the menu, then the apple screen again, then the checkmark saying that it's ok to disconnect. My PC or Mac cannot detect the ipod, and I have reset it a ton of times, with the same result. Any help would be appreciated. -Jim
