So petty I'm not even sure I should mention it

Hey, another great MacCast – thank you!

 

This is the really petty thing. I'm not sure why I'm saying it, but in the interests of pedanticism... Acts of Parliament in the UK are referred to without the 'of' before the year, so the Wireless Telegraphy Act of 1949 should be the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949. Really silly, I know, but it just sounds a bit odd to put in that extra 'of' in the UK (I know that's how Acts of Congress are referenced).

 

Also, The Beatles were not from London but Liverpool! Sorry to be a pain – I don't expect people to know everything about the UK, but London is not the only city here.

Yes i realised that beatles thing i thought what?! Yea they grew up in liverpool and are nothing to do with london ;)

Yes.. the UK does have more than 1 city.. and no before you ask.. you cannot see the eiffel tower from London.
