Optimising my dekstop

Recommended Posts

I usually have half a dozen programmes open at any one time and perhaps two or three pages in each programme.

To view the various pages, I can shuffle through them by command-tabbing or using Expose. However, this can get confusing when there are a lot of pages.

What's the best way for me to view as many pages as possible in different programmes all at the same time? For example: can you do tabbed browsing of all available pages on one universal page; can I cascade or tile them; is there a way to ensure that every available page fills every available space on the desktop?

Hope this makes sense!

VirtueDesktops is my favorite, at least until Leopard comes out.

I have found Quicksilver to be the best way to navigate through a mess. This program has literally changed the way I use the computer and it has made me much more productive. You have to stay with it to learn it but after a few days you won't go back to a mouse as your main navigation tool.
