vicgrafx 0 Posted August 9, 2005 Hello I am a freelance designer who is looking for someone who can help me build websites. Basically I would build the site in Photoshop and I need someone to slice it and do the code. If this is something you are interested in please let me know and we can discuss it further. vicgrafx@aol.com Thanks Brian
adamf 0 Posted August 9, 2005 Can you go into a little more detail about what you'll be doing?
vicgrafx 0 Posted August 9, 2005 I would do the basic layout and design of the site and would need someone to take my art and build it in whatever program they normally used. How I have done it in the past is iv'e e-mailed layered psd files and different jpgs to a designer and he built it and uploaded it to a server.
outerspaceapple 0 Posted October 3, 2005 Hey there, This sounds exactly like the king of thing I would love to do. I can do all of the back-end stuff for a web page, but have a real hard time doing the front-end graphical conceptual stuff. I used to program for a job (but my employer ran out of clients), and I just recently finished designing a page to manage podcast RSS feeds (a very technically complex process), so if you'd like to see an example of my page go to http://www.square2.org/squarecaster/squarecaster.php demo password "1337". paulmgillard 0 Posted November 14, 2005 Hi I'm interested in this work, and have been designing sites for nine years now. If you'd like to visit http://www.paulgillard.com there is quite a lot there to see in terms of links to some site I've designed plus examples of personal work. These are my latest sites; http://www.devondriftwooddesigns.co.uk http://www.podmovies.com http://www.artsistsindevon.com http://www.emergencymed.org.uk (database driven site) FYI: I work on all commonly used and up to date softwares: Macromedia Studio 8 plus Adobe CS2 and many more including some very nice 3D software like Poser 6 and VUE Infinite. My Mac is a dual 2.7ghz G5 with Tiger QT Pro, and 2gigs of RAM. Hope to hear from you! ChrisKil 0 Posted December 13, 2005 Hey vicgrafx, I would probably be able to help you out with the coding. Depending on what kind of budget your clients are looking at. I personally would recommend purchasing Dreamweaver. I think that you would be able to learn to code sites very quickly (at least basic ones). This would save you the money of paying someone like me to code it for you. But, If you would like to discuss how or if I could help you send me an email. Also if you need hosting, I can get you a free year of managed hosting. Check out my post in the ‘Services Offered’ Forum for details. If you need anything, or have any questions about Dreamweaver, etc. let me know. Christopher Kilpatrick, www.opticalfire.com online@opticalfire.com

kensterator 0 Posted March 2, 2006 I think this topic should be ended because we can all see that the person who needed the service has only made two posts and he hasn't replied and has probably left this forum.
mac user X 0 Posted March 2, 2006 I think this topic should be ended because we can all see that the person who needed the service has only made two posts and he hasn't replied and has probably left this forum. but people are still commenting. one thing you must realize is if I make a post about my powerbook, it does not mean it will only help me, it means it will help anyone with a similar issue interest.
