Baryon 0 Posted August 12, 2005 The podcast expressed concern that Apple's iPod software interface could be copied. That wouldn't happen because software is copyrighted. kwsanders 0 Posted August 16, 2005 A lot of things has to happen before we get to that point, I believe. Apple released the iPod with the software interface before the patent was filed. Guest Posted August 17, 2005 I think even IF the worst nightmare would happen and Microsoft would get some sort of 1-Up on Apple, Microsoft STIlLL does not have what Apple has, which is the relationship and cult-like status that Mac users share with Apple.
