Here is mine :)

Bebe33,

Your desktop is quite a standard one.

Don't you like making it beautiful by adding icons, colours etc?

Here's the latest. Apologies for the messy desktop. I haven't filed away today's stuff yet.

Like a typical Mac user, I don't use the desktop to store my files. I went so far as removing all the icons from the desktop. My dock is on the left side, but I hide it out of sight. I took the background picture.

Here is the link to my background.

In reply to Macbry,

You might want to hide your serial number there.

Also... I cannot believe I started this thread ages ago and it is still active with 11 pages!

I'm sorry, I believe you just used sarcasm for no reason? I was surprised it was still going.. and I got a witty reply.

This is my current desktop for 11 August. I have mine change every day. I don't like having files or icons on my desktop- the only thing that shows up there are CDs/DVDs and external HDs. I used to have my dock on the left side of my screen, but as of yesterday I'm trying it on the bottom. Enjoy!

As a bonus: Here is a picture of my spaces. I have my applications locked to certain spaces: Space 1=Safari, S2=iTunes, S3=GarageBand, S4=Mail, S5=iChat, Microsoft Messenger, and Skype, and S6=iPhoto.

I too use the desktop only for things that haven't been filed yet...nothing stays there.

LOL .... I would post my desktop but since I use Spacesuit ( free app ) and DockSpaces ( again free ) I have a different desktop for each of my spaces .... plus the desktops for my other user accts. I would have to either post all of them or pick one LOL

Wow. Just checked out DockSpaces and SpaceSuit. Nice apps! If I needed to use that many apps and spaces I'd totally use it! haha. Where you get the wallpaper from Graham?

Yer, the snapper program is brilliant. For anybody who can't find the wallpaper you have to go into company, then click goodies at the top then download a .zip file. Thanks graham.
