Recommended Posts

Could anyone help me find some great iPod photo accessories. I have a first generation 40GB iPod photo.

Thank you

That's a rather generic question. Well, there is AV cable, Camera adapter and yeah... get the Icelink for your ride.

I'm still looking for the perfect case.

Hi there,

I LOVE my ipod case...I got it from OTTER BOXES (online). They are located in colorado and can be found at http://www.otterbox.com/.

My case is water-proof, sand-proof, crash/drop-proof. It has a detachable beltclip, too. The skin over the clickwheel is very thin, so it's easy to control the ipod through the case.

The case runs about $45-50 for a 40/60GB ipod and are less for smaller models.

I am too young to drive and when I got my iPod, they had all the accessories. By that I mean:

A dock

A firewire cable

A USB cable

An AV cable

A cheap case (it got lost)

A pair of headphones

2 pairs of headphone pads

A charger.

I also iPod Photo 30GB.

I don't use a dock as I don't fine it useful as my iPod is in my leather case all the time.

I do have Firewire and USB on a single cable. Pretty handy so I don't need to carry a cable.

I purchase a Refurb Firewire charger and its the best investment I have. Not only it's cheaper but it also comes with adapter for different country. So I can take the charger to Europe and China on a trip.

My leather case is from Incase, I like the look but there is a design flaw. build in belt chip still scratch the ipod screen even if it's protected. So I'm looking for another decent leather flipcase.

I plan to buy the AV cable so I can show off my slide show at friend's house.

I am not going to recommend any headphones because it's rather subjective. What sound good to me not necessary sound the same to you.

But what would realy help me is if I knew what iPod you had, what your price range is, and if you wanted one that ran on batteries

One for Nano and my friend is looking for one fo the video. It would have to be portable and it doesn't matter if it runs on batteries or iPod. I would pay up to $50 and my friend would spend $70
