What mail client do you use? Why do you like it? If yours isn't on the list, then just reply. Currently I am using Mail for my 5 IMAP accounts. I used Thunderbird before, but I wwanted to try Apple's Mail, and I have to say I like it for the most part.

Mail looks, integrates, and just plain old works better. I would never use anything else.

Unfortunately, it depends on what I am doing, where I am at, and what machine I have in front of me.

For everyday personal email, I use Mail on the Mac. It works great. I have it setup for my .Mac account and four other POP3 accounts.

At work, I have to use Exchange on my Windows box. Enough said. :(

For a side job I am doing, I am using Thunderbird on my Windows laptop.

My personal preference of all of them is Mail, of course.

Mail does everything I need. It's neat, clean and plenty fast. I used to use Entourage because of it's ability to rename message subjects (something that I still wish I could do in Mail). But, with the addition of Spotlight, I can rapidly find anything I want in my email.

Entourage was the final MicroSloth program that I used frequently, and I'm glad to be mostly MS free! I do keep a copy of Exploder around for those rare occasions when Safari or FireFox don't work. And I do use a MS mouse, so I have the Intellipoint drivers installed.

speaking of finding stuff quickly,

in mail, that same search bar in iTMS and iTunes is also in mail when you use the search box.
