Flip 4 Mac is not intel ready as of yet and VLC does not load in the CNN window so that I can watch the video. Any other suggestions?

Thanks!!

What happens when WMP tries to run under Rosetta?

I've done a little research for you, and Flip 4 Mac says that they will have their universal binary ready very soon.

I can open Windows Media Player 9.0 and play wmv files on the computer. It's just when I go to CNN, MSNBC, etc websites and click play to view their videos it states that I need to download Media Player 9.0 even if I have Media player open.

On my dell laptop I can easily view the videos in the screen without opening the media player. I know that the websites are designed for Windows....

So how does everyone else view media content on CNN, Fox, MSNBC, etc.

I hope Quicktime will become the standard one day....

Thanks for all the responses

You're best off just waiting for flip4mac to get their universal binary out..... Unless you want to run your web browser in rosetta (which would be silly)

Go to the BBC site and use Real player?

Better news coverage anyway!
