Disable Mouse Acceleration on BlueTooth Mouse

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I'm wondering if anybody has found any way to disable mouse acceleration for a BlueTooth mouse in Tiger.

I just purchased a MacAlly BTMouse Jr, which unfortunately does not have any drivers available to help. I know that the next release of the program 'UsbOverdrive' claims to be able to disable mouse acceleration for BlueTooth devices but the release date is indefinite.

I'd greatly appreciate information from anybody who has any ideas/solutions for this problem.

Thanks all!

Thanks. I have actualy tried that before but no luck. MouseZoom affects pointer speed but not acceleration as far as I can determine. Also, I don't think that it has any effect on Blue Tooth mouses.

Thanks though :)
